something
Situated in the Pyrénées area, facing the emblematic summit canigo, our 6ha of Vines benefit from the relative freshness of the altitude (between 500 and 600m). Farmed biodynamically since 2002 but without any label ( personally I practice since 1994). We cultivate Syrah, Grenache noir, lladoner pelut, Carignan, Macabeu on granit soil and Grenache noir & gris, on schist soil. There are 8/10 wines being produced in small quantities between 150 & 1500 bts (only Ultim above 2000 bts). Vinification with indigenous yeast and wines age in ciment & old Oak.
