something
Located in the north of the Gaillac vineyard on a limestone soil, we took over the family Domaine in 2013 to develop the wine production in bottle. Committed to getting the best expression from our terroir while preserving it, we elected to evolve forward to organic farming in 2016. Furthermore, to encourage the return of biodiversity on our land and strengthen the vines, we have started implementing biodynamic practices in the vineyard in 2019. For winemaking, we are working naturaly, using indigenous yeasts and few sulfites at the bottling to get the best expression of our soil and of our vines (Demeter certification). We propose variety wines with our local grapes (Braucol, Loin de l'oeil, Duras, Mauzac...).
