Terroir Known for its exceptional micro-terroir, the Côte Vermeille, has dry and arid summers, mild winters, and a strong influence from both the Tramontana wind and the sea. The soil is Schist derived from the decomposition of the Cambrian volcanic basalt.
Age of vines 40-50 years old
Vinification A blend of 45% Grenache Blanc, 35% Grenache Gris and 20% Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains - only the best, perfectly ripe grapes are hand-selected. Direct pressing takes place immediately in a temperature-controlled environment, ensuring that the grapes stay cold and fresh. The wine is fermented and aged in stainless steel vats for 8 months.
Food and wine pairing This is a sweet and fragrant wine with a delicate fruitiness. We recommend that you serve this wine chilled at 10°C as an apéritif with foie gras and blue cheese or for dessert with white fruit such as peach, apricot, pear and melon.
