something
Domaine du Nival is a estate winery looking to push the boundaries of winegrowing in northern climates in a way that is both innovative yet very respectful of the fine equilibrium of our ecosystem. We have planted a vineyard that rests on the symbiosis nature of humans and vines. Our Pinot Noir, Gamaret, Vidal and Albariño vines would not make it through the Quebec winter without our careful intervention. Yet without those vines giving out their best every year, we would produce but a mediocre wine. Sustainability and respect are profoundly entrenched in everything we do. Born from the cold of our winters and the heat of our summers, our wines are unique and showcase our willingness to do things differently. Minimal intervention in the cellar allow our wines to fully express a terroir that we strive to understand better every year. These wines are resolutely from the North, bright, complex and elegant. They bring out the best in us.
