Additional Information

Grapes were vinified together. "This was a very hot year and the wines were heavy so did its elevage in stainless steel and didn't bottle it until 2011. It has only just been released for sale. We even sold the 2009 before this one! I think wines should be released only when they are ready, and nowadays this wine has lost all its heaviness" (Emile)., Named for the Greek film Ποτέ την Κυριακή (Poté tin Kyriakí) with Melina Mercouri.
something
Emile, famed as the prince of pineau d'aunis, recently sold his Loire home and moved south to the sun. Now dedicated to his 6 Ha in the Languedoc, Emile's philosophy is simple: no chemicals, no synthetic products and work entirely by hand. Each of his cuvées is named for a film.
