Hand harvest into small boxes–allows the grapes to arrive at the winery intact. Part whole bunch/partially destemmed. Trodden by foot. Natural yeast, traditional fermentation for 7-21 days in traditional wooden tanks.At the end of the alcoholic fermentation, the wine is pressed. Raised in barrels, in the cellar, for 6-14 months according to the vintage. Racked once before bottling.
Aromas of cherries and forest berries. The palate is fruity and fresh, with a long firm aftertaste.
