From the Grower
"An explosion of fruity deliciousness with very pure aromas of cherries, red currants and black currants. Of energy and great pleasure. A chalky and crunchy mouth effectively supported by lovely bitter and smoky notes. A wine that loudly proclaims where it comes from given a few hours in the carafe."

something
Situated in Restigné, in the heart of the Loire Valley and the Bourgueil appellation, Domaine de la Chevalerie has a long family history which started here almost 400 years ago. From this line of Winegrowers, we have inherited invaluable know-how and in-depth knowledge of each of the parcels of our domain. It is with our feet in the ground that we cultivate our Cabernet Franc vines, aged from between 30-70 years on average. Mindful of preserving the essential balance of our ecosystem we work according to organic and biodynamic principles. Whether they come from our single vineyards or special cuvées, our Bourgueil wines are as frank as our cabernets, as profound as our caves and always moreish in their youth.
