100% Cabernet franc 80 years old. TERROIRS: Clay, gravel and sand on the surface. VINIFICATION: Raised in old barrels (more than 10 wines) for 24 to 30 months depending on the vintage. A great concentration showing toasted notes, toasted, red fruits very walls with silky tannins and a great length in the mouth while round and fresh.

About Domaine Carroi Bon Air

The 9 hectares of vineyard are located in the heart of the Loire Anjou Touraine nature park near Chinon. The Vines are exclusively cabernet franc, they are between 40 and 90 years old, all work in the vines are done manually. No chemical intervention either in the vineyards or in the cellar.
