"In the glass, the ruby color shines with all its brightness. A real aromatic bomb, the wine displays elegant notes of cherry, hibiscus and beet. Its sapidity, vibrancy and finesse are amplified by a silky, textured mousse. The dry finish is highlighted by sweet bitters and hints of northern berries. Surprisingly unique!"

A red sparkling wine may seem unusual. However, bearing in mind grape varieties indigenous to North America were red, its creation is truly fitting and an homage to the terroir and our viticultural heritage.
The stakes are normally high regarding tannins in sparkling reds. The low tannin level of our red grape varieties, however, is perfect for producing and maintaining flawless bubbles. The frontenac grapes’ dark juices maintain their beautiful color throughout the vinification process. It results in an elegant and truly flamboyant sparkling wine.
