""This blend of Chardonnay, Marsanne, Roussanne and Moscofilero was co-fermented in neutral oak barrels. The Moscofilero we found in Tehama County. The native and ambient fermentation combined with 100% neutral oak helps showoff his fun blend. Delta soils give soft acids while the other vineyards add minerality. Lunch wine with funky cheese, spicy grilled foods and obviously tacos. Musical Pairing: “Skate and Destroy” by The Faction""
