Our Demencia Mencía can be considered our flagship wine, since all the grapes come from our vineyards we are working longer in Villafranca del Bierzo. They are old and poor vineyards with goblet formation, and with a minimum age of 80 years. The yields are very low and the grapes are highly complex and have good storage capacity. We use the vineyards that we have been working on for the longest time, in which we have managed to recover the natural richness of the living soils, the plant has found its balance and the root-soil relationship is effective and profitable, extracting our authentic terroir.
