something

My name is Darren Delmore and I make ocean influenced wines from organic or biodynamic vines. I trained at Hirsch, Whitethorn, and in South Australia, so my focus is on Pinot Noir and cool climate Syrah. All vineyards are handpicked, fermentations are wild, all punchdowns are done by hand, I gravity drain from bin to barrel, and I bottle unfined/unfiltered with low sulfites.
