Additional Information

100% Grolleau from a parcel on schist and sandstone, from vines that were planted in 1950. The vineyard is tiny (a bit more than a half-acre), and yields are quite low at about 20h per hectare. Plowed by horse, with no machinery, at all. Natural winemaking with no sulfur added. Organic.
something
Wine growers since 2012, our 10 hectares farm is composed by vines, meadows and hedgerows following the organic agriculture specifications. Located between Faye d'Anjou and Beaulieu sur Layon, we work on 7 vines plots with 4 different varieties. Our main focus is towards the Chenin, Pineau d'Aunis and Grolleau varieties but we also produce some Cabernet Franc to a lesser extent.
