Alcohol: 11.5% Bottle size: 75cl Age of vines: first vines planted in 1993 The Pinot Noir is grown on a sandy loam soil over sandstone, planted 1993. The Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier come from vines at Horsmonden, Kent – sandy silt soil over sandstone, almost level site, planted 2007. Hand harvested and aged in the bottle on lees for between 4 and 5 years. Fermentation: a mix of oak foudre (reserve wine) and stainless steel. Tasting Note: fresh and lively bottle fermented wine. Complex, fragrant and balanced with a wonderful lightness and delicacy.
