Alcohol: 11.5% Bottle size: 75 cl Age of the vines: first vines planted in 1991 Hand harvested, wild yeast, cool ferment yeidling fresh crispy wine from English varieties, 20% of the blend in was fermented in large foudres which gives the wine a really soft texture and smooth structure. Fermentation: a mix of oak foudre and stainless steel. Tasting Note: Fresh and crisp white. Elderflower, cut grass, white peach and apple characters.
