Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Counoise, Cinsault, Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, Viognier, Chassellas.
Vinification is done in collaboration with Coturri Winery, who has pioneered no sulfite wines in California for almost 4 decades.
No intervention and zero sulfite.
The wine is made in the vineyard.
