Today COS is in possession of 35 hectares of the vineyard located at Fountains and Bastonaca, traditional wine and oil lands near to Vittoria city. A limestone plateau to 250 meters a.s.l., that from Iblei Mountains gently sloping down to the Mediterranean Sea. At these historical and highly fertile land are cultivated autochthonic vines such as Nero d’Avola, Frappato, Grecanico, Inzolia or Moscato, as well as international ones: Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.
