something
In the Valley of Colchagua, Chile, Roberto Ibarra Garcia and Luiz Antonio de Gracia Allegretti are producing an exquisite line of wines that authentically express the terroir and history of the area. “Our philosophy is to make possible a full experience of Clos Santa Ana. A philosophy that includes our way of wine production, in complete harmony with the environment. Therefore we are prepared to host guests in order to share all the aspects that characterize our way of life at the estate: our vineyard and cellar, as well as our cooking, art collection, music, literature, etc.” The project consists of a 1.3 hectare vineyard with 10,000 vines, and a cellar with a production capacity of 20,000 liters. Ibarra Garcia and Allegretti have brought the enologist/agriculturist team of Jose Miguel Sotomayor and Luca Hodgekinson of Wildmakers on as project consultants.
