Julien took over the famous Clos Roche Blanche a couple of years ago where he farms with biodynamic preparations and following the cycles of the moon. Extending his vineyard’s biodiversity is one of his priority. The soils are worked by horse, harvest is manual and work in the cellar is reduced to a very limited use of so2 and technology.
