Additional Information

We work the traditionals grapes varieties of the AOC PATRIMONIO. We attach a lot of attention on the work of the ground and on the work in the vineyard where we realize a big part of works manually. We convert into wine every plot of land separately, to put forward the various terroirs of our domain. We are in the course of certification towards the organic since 2015, but our father to work always in this way without asking of certification. We work on aged and macerations in amphoras on certain vintages to explore the various facets of our wines.
