Additional Information
Margoulette is a cider made from late apples from the Ruban Bleu orchard.
French Russet, Blushing Golden, Swazie Russet apples among others, have been worked in the spirit of a Norman cider. The cider fermented slowly until the total consumption of sugars. One part was aged in oak barrels for 6 months, the other was aged in stainless steel vats before being blended.
Cider in the traditional method.
