Alcohol:14.5% Vine age: 35-years-old, with 40% over 60 years old Bottle size: 750cl Manual harvested, all grapes pressed together, fermented with indigenous yeast. Undergoes malolactic fermentation and therefore matured in old oak foudres for 18 months on fine lees. No filtration, no fining and no added sulphur.
