From the Grower
"Unfiltered, fermentation with naturally occurring yeasts. Superbe, deep gold colour, reminiscent of liqueur wines. The nose is both concentrated and cool and airy. Dominant aromas of zesty yuzu and citrus terpenes. The palate is tonic, tight as an archer’s bow, with a vibrant acidity, enveloped by a velvety texture, dense and mature. The finish is persistent, lively, with a touch of tannins, keeping the aromas of citrus peel, and completed by notes of green tea with ginger, and lingering fresh mandarine."

something

We are organic winemaker in Languedoc, since 13 years and we make wine with no adds since 5 years, on 28 hectares. It's a family domaine. My ‘terroir’ is the heart of the Corbières. We’re in the very centre of the Languedoc. The land is hot, and dry, which can be hard, but also rewarding. In many ways, it resembles the Carignan grape, which is the emblematic grape variety of this region. When you step out in the morning, in the midst of these southern vineyards, between the mountains and the sea...you can’t help thinking to yourself, that living here is really something quite special.
