Genuine yeast fermentation. Vinified and aged in French oak barrels (Berthomieu). No addition of SO2 to control the Malo-Lactic fernentation. Fined, but not filtered Beautiful nose of ripe fruit, dense mouth and very fruity and well- integrated oak. Fruity taste - apricot, grapefruit, its velvety mouth

Biodynamic vineyard and farm in Bordeaux 

We cultivated traditionnal grape from our region such as merlot, cabernet franc & sémillon. We also cultivate BOUCHALES grape which is autotchone grape from the south west of France 

Our vineyard is about 9 hectares, most of the work is done by hand and we are certified demeter label (biodynamie)
