Le Petit Coucou is our every day red wine, made with mostly Merlot (90%) and Cabernet Franc (5%) as well as Cabernet Sauvignon (5%). This is a fruit driven, easy-to-drink kind of a red wine that fights against the image of "bold, structured and tannic" Bordeaux reds. Le Petit Coucou is picked by hand, sorted and then ferments in stainless steel tanks with natural yeasts. It has spent 6 months in old (5-10 year-old) oak barrels and bottled without fining or filtering.
