Each year, a Vibratis is born, a true reflection of the vintage and of our terroir in Mareuil-sur-Aÿ. The sulfur-free vinification, the fine selection of still wines, the absence of liquor result in a completely assumed wine, for which precision is the only guide. As each year is different, the Vibratis will be so. The solar vintage 2015 was very dry and warm, forcing the vines’ roots to seek for water very deeply in the chalky subsoil. Raised with the water, the minerality is the spinal column of this fully ripe wine, along with exotic fruit aromas and some toffee notes. The structure is firm with a solemn vinosity, ending up with a creamy and savoury touch.
