The vineyard has a concentrated number of vines that are trimmed for a low and yet high-quality yield per vine. The grapes are hand picked and placed delicately into small baskets to ensure their integrity. The 'must' is fermented naturally in small lots and aged gently in small oak barrels, where the oak helps express Poggiarello's 'terroir'. To complete the process, Poggiarello's wines are then bottled without fining or filtering. Each of Poggiarello's wines reveal an elegance and complexity that will delight your senses.
