As the name would suggest Tragolargo (Long Gulp) is a delightfully easy drinking wine. It is an enjoyable young red made from the fresh Monastrell grapes from our Casa Balaguer Estate in Villena, Alicante. Winemaking: Hand harvest followed by a strict selection process. A third of the grapes go through whole bunch carbonic maceration and fermentation. The rest is a conventional maceration and fermentation with skins and seeds for 7 days.
