"Intense purple in color, red and black fruit on the nose with some floral hints. Balsamic notes combine with aromas or baked earth and clay from the amphorae. On the palate it is fruity with balanced acidity. Good texture and grip. Perfect for all occasions and to combine with rice dishes and a variety of tapas."

About Casa Balaguer

We are a family winery, organic farmers certified that have gone one step more and from this year we are working in winery and vineyards following biodynamic agriculture and principles. A part of our family winery, my wife and I with our children, have started in 2016 a natural wine project that are deeply involving us. We work with local varieties, Monastrell, Garnacha, Garnacha peluda, Tortosina, Roja, Malvasía, Moscatel of Alexandria, etc. We use concrete, amphora clay pots, wood, glass and stainless to elaborate our wines, always thinking that less is more. nothing added and nothing removed and of course 0 sulphites added.
