something
We are two green writers and grape growers. We have 6 HA under vines in Olevano Romano and Bellegra, two very small towns between Aniene River Valley and Prenestini Mountains, next to Rome. Every year we work to have good, heatly and local wines. In Colle Pazzo (Crazy Hill) we have various soil types: rich red earth (volcanic), white sandstone and sandy. We grow an indigenous grapes called Cesanese (vineyards: 300 to 600 mts above sea level), We separately harvest the grapes per soil type and, once the refining process is over, we end up with four different Cesanese wines: Neccio (volcanic soil); Càlitro (sandstone); Collepazzo and Tucuca Rose (a mix of both ones). And we also grow White grape of Malvasia Puntinata for our I.G.P. Emotiq. We practice biodynamic agriculture, enriching it with our original ideas drawn from researches and exchanges with others in the field. Organic attested farming. Manual harvesting. Soft crushing. Spontaneous fermentations. No filtering and clarifications. 30-40 mg/l sulfites only.
