White macerated 100% Garganega. 5 months maceration in amphora, and a part makes a short maceration 10-14 days in wood. In the assembly of the wine there is also a 10% garganega-based wine that derives from a late harvest. The wine undergoes a long maceration and one of about 20 days, partly in amphorae and partly in wood.
