The grape variety is Malvasia Aromatica di Candia; As its name suggests, it comes from Crete, it has come down to us for several centuries, it is one of the oldest and most aromatic vines in the world. Until 30/50 years ago, it was only vinified sweet or sweet, today it has been found that even in dry form, it gives excellent results. Straw yellow in color, very fragrant and with an unmistakable bitter aftertaste (a particular characteristic of the vine), it is a very powerful wine, both in aroma and in the mouth and it is certainly also a wine of " complete meal ”, aged then, it has no limits to accompany dishes, even the most demanding! Agreements:It goes well with our typical cold cuts (salami, ham, cooked shoulder, pancetta, etc.); as mentioned above, it also goes very well with risotto, pasta with vegetables and tomatoes, and second courses of white meats; excellent, "superlative" with pizza, try it !!! Recommended temperature for service: about 15 ° -18 °
