Additional Information
The vineyard is managed without chemical intervention and without
Irrigation, worked by horse and man hand. Wine is made as our ancestors did, in open top fermenting, punched down skins three times a day for the first 7 days in lagar, once is dry or almost no sweetness in juice, we take the wine through a hole in the bottom in the lagar. Pipeño wine is bottled in early spring from Chile.
