Spontaneous fermentation in neutral oak with indigenous yeasts. 18 months in neutral oak, sur lie.
All three colours of Savagnin grapes, white yellow and pink, from massale origins planted on 0.31ha by us in 2006. The terroir is limestone scree with blue-gray marls, over limestone. Elevage is ouillé, on the fine lees, for 18 months (in used casks.). A powerful wine with subtle notes of nuts.
