Bodega Cueva dates back to the 18th century and has never known anything but natural winemaking and farming practices. Mariano Taberner harvests the oldest vines possible (30/60 years). Bodega Cueva is certified organic, and the wines are native yeast fermented, unfined, unfiltered and without added sulfur. The only intervention is that Mariano plays music to his wine !
