Additional Information

Minimal intervention at the winery, Artisanal and traditional winemaking. Haverst picking by hand and sorting in the vineyards and after in the winery. Entire bunches fermentation in small tanks of 5 hL. Crowdfunding is a way of funding a project by raising amounts of money from individual people. This wine is born gratias to all those people (gratias mecenas) who believed and trust in us and the project.
We are a familiar and artisanal winery based on the sustainability not only environmental but also economical and cultural, growing the vineyards in a traditional way, preserving the local varieties, old vineyards, bush vines, without irrigation, making wines that make people feel good, making ethical wines. Wines made from respect. Ivan, José, Silvia and Ana, we are family. We grow the vineyards with our children, we make the wines with our children and drink ourselves our wines, so we are the most interested in making natural wines, is a matter of self preservation. We handle our vines and wines following the energetic brunch of biodynamics, using the knowledge of our heritage, science and alternative therapies as homeopathic remedies and astrology.
