Rosé wine made willing its long life inside the bottle. The selection of the plot is vital for getting the best grapes to make this real rosé wine. The sheeper takes the skins of the grapes for the goats and sheeps. The secret: give to the wine the recognisement of being a great wine, the respect for the raw and a carefull and long fermentation and age with its lees, gives the wine that calm it needs.
We are a familiar and artisanal winery based on the sustainability not only environmental but also economical and cultural, growing the vineyards in a traditional way, preserving the local varieties, old vineyards, bush vines, without irrigation, making wines that make people feel good, making ethical wines. Wines made from respect. Ivan, José, Silvia and Ana, we are family. We grow the vineyards with our children, we make the wines with our children and drink ourselves our wines, so we are the most interested in making natural wines, is a matter of self preservation. We handle our vines and wines following the energetic brunch of biodynamics, using the knowledge of our heritage, science and alternative therapies as homeopathic remedies and astrology.
