This wine is aged with its lees during 4 months in tinaja (clay vassel, ánfora). Recovered tinajas and handcrafted new ones by Padilla master.

We handle our vines and wines following the energetic brunch of biodynamics, using the knowledge of our heritage, science and alternative therapies as homeopathic remedies and astrology.
