A recovered grape variety only found in mixed plots, that were used years ago by the families to make their own home wine. The plants are marked during "veraisson" that is when the spots appear on the grapes' skin. A unique wine result of hard work on local grapes recovery
We are a familiar and artisanal winery based on the sustainability not only environmental but also economical and cultural, growing the vineyards in a traditional way, preserving the local varieties, old vineyards, bush vines, without irrigation, making wines that make people feel good, making ethical wines. We grow the vineyards with our children, we make the wines with our children and drink ourselves our wines, so we are the most interested in making natural wines, is a matter of self preservation. We handle our vines and wines following the energetic brunch of biodynamics, using the knowledge of our heritage, science and alternative therapies as homeopathic remedies and astrology.
