Additional Information

Average age of vines: Planted between 1940 and 1989 Traditional Andalucian sweet method wine - whole bunches are harvested late and then dried on straw mats in the vineyard under the Andalucian sun for another week. Aged in stainless steel. Wine produced with Pedro Ximenez grapes raisined in the sun. Its elaboration from musts very rich in sugars that do not require alcoholization in any of its transforming phases stands out. This wine is not subjected to any type of filtration or stabilization whatsoever and no chemical elements have been added, so a noble wine is obtained, with the heart and soul of the country that saw it born, without more, as a sweet offering of the earth.
something
The philosophy of the García de Verdevique winery is the production of natural wines, from the highest vineyards in Europe (1150-1400 meters) located in the heart of the Sierra de la Contraviesa. Our wines do not undergo any type of filtration or stabilization whatsoever and neither are chemical elements added, so a wine of excellent quality is obtained, with the heart and soul of the field that saw it born, just like the land. gives it. Perhaps that is why our wines are the way they are, with their own personality and soul.
