Peter works 2,5 ha in northeast Hungary, near the Austrian border, where he grows delicate Kékfrankos/Blaufränkisch on 5 different historical high-value plots, where the soil is dominated by slate. The grapes for his whites (a field blend and Furmint) come from 100 years old vines on a volcano.
