- This wine is fermented spontaneously.
- Other Information:A Kékfrankos from the year 2013 coming from the slope called Tavaszföld, (Spring yard), spiced with a little Vitézföldi Kékfrankos (Kékfrankos, from Hero yard). Since the skin of the grape was soaked in the liquid, for only one day after it was harvested, in its nose it is characterized, by rich fruits and minerals instead of the ripe tannins. It's a great, companion to food and also to a good talk or while you are listening to, music..
We have 5.5 ha of land in the Mátra. This hill is important for me because the rich mineral soil with a good placement provides ideal conditions for long-fermenting and long-living terroir wine. I aim at organic cultivation. I never apply assortment raisers, starter cultures, enzymes or artificial tannins.
