Additional Information
Sellicks Hills vineyard. A block in conversion since 2018. We work hard on the shape of the vine and under vine plants/ mid-row plants that can repress negative weeds in the vineyard.
The Church vineyard is situated in the Southern Barossa, next to Rowland Flat. This is always the first pick off the season and gives a good indicator off how the vintage will work out. I do have Pinot Meunier and Pinot blanc on this vineyard.
About Bink Wines
A little winery located in the Barossa Valley, South Australia. I run a little block of riesling and co farm most of my other vineyards with the owners. I buy a bit of fruit from growers that use the same practise as I do. I'm born and raised in Belgium, moved to Australia in 2012. I started making wine after doing multiple vintages with other winemaker in the Adelaide Hills and Barossa Valley. I have a strong focus on being respect-full towards region, cepage and farming.
