75% Valdiguié and 25% Barbera, harvested from vines planted in 1944 at Buddha's Dharma Vineyard in Mendocino Co. Dry farmed and CCOF certified organic. Picked at a refreshing 20 degrees brix, resulting in a balanced wine of 12% alcohol. Grapes were fermented by combination of bin ferment, foot treading, and a portion of the Valdiguie via carbonic maceration in stainless. Minimal SO2 added post ML. No other ingredients besides organic grapes. Bottled unfiltered in June of 2022.
