Mulberry Sparkling Melomel, NV

Since 2017, we have been producing cider, perry, fruit and berry wines and mead, the hallmark of which is a moderate level of alcohol and a pleasant acid balance. The main focus for us is the taste of the product, its naturalness, so we use only cultivated and wild fruits, berries, flowers in the harvest season. We also use honey for our drinks from our own apiary, so we can control the natural conditions for bees. Fruit maceration, direct juice extraction, spontaneous fermentation, packaging - everything happens at our own production, located not far from Kiev, on the edge of the village Makarivska Buda, near a picturesque wasteland overgrown with wildflowers.
