Alcohol: 1.5% Bottle size:75cl Average age of vines: up to sixty years old. This comes from the same parcels as Vagabond and is made in a similar fashion, the only difference being the vintage. As one might expect this is darker, deeper and a little more wild than its counterpart, though the limestone lends great freshness.

Benoît farms 4,5 hectares on his own. Three and a half of them are planted with old vines of Gamay and he also grows a little Chardonnay. He works organically and makes small quantities of pure and rare wines.
