something
Our family vineyard is located in one of the best micro-zone of Baghdati (Imereti region, Georgia), on the North-East slope of left bank of Khanistskali river. Since 2009, the vineyard is treated with respect of organic criteria. 600 plants of Tsolikouri, Tsitska, Dzelshavi, Mgaloblishvili and Otskhanuri Sapere (Imeretian endemic varieties) are planted in 2001-2018. Our natural wine is elaborated from the free run juice of specially selected grapes. The wine is fermented and aged naturally, partially by Imeretian method, in 150 years old kvevri, and partially by classical method. Our wine do not treated with sulphites and is bottled unfiltered.
