"Bright dark fuchsia colour, intense depth and high tear strength. Black fruit aromas such as figs and blackcurrant backed by hints of eucalyptus and laurel. In mouth it displays good structure and concentration, sweet, round and fresh tannins. Very expressive, with an intense bouquet and flavour, the wine develops in the glass with changing aromas. Savory black fruits such as black currant and plum marmalade, and a licorice end. A very elegant and tasty wine with a silk-like persistent and lasting finish."

Whole-bunch fermentation in open vats of 1,000 L capacity. Fermentation is started with a spontaneous pre-ferment agent respecting the region's native yeasts. Treading of the grapes with the feet and daily bâtonnage. Final vertical gentle pressing. The fermentation ends in the amphora.
