Additional Information
The last one of its race, sure to leave a mark.
The old vineyard that grew this wine was unfortunately destroyed by the owners; that’s where its name comes from (Extinct).
This wine is unique for its features, it is destined to nish, leaving a clear and pleasant memory of its taste to the latest lucky tasters.
It has been obtained from the single-variety vinification of a native Piedmontese grape called Freisa.
Vinified in wood and steel barrels and aged in small regenerated wooden barrels for between 36 and 60 months, it is then bottled for the final maturation before being enjoyed by our loyal customers.
NOTE: There are only a few bottles left.
