Alcohol: 12% Bottle size:75cl 30 years old Pinot Noir wines growing on one of the best sides of Iphofen. Stemmed by hand very carefully - 12 weeks on the skin and pressed afterwards with an old basket press. For 2 years in the barrels and filled without filtration and no added sulfite.
